Hudson Property Services, LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage located in Poughkeepsie, NY. We provide professional rental property management and real estate sales services for Hudson Valley Properties in Dutchess and Ulster Counties.

We specialize in residential homes, including single-family, 2 to 4 unit multi-family, condos and townhouses. Our property management plan is designed to be a full-service solution for owners that want a hands-off approach to managing their long-term residential rental home. The portfolio of properties under our care typically ranges between 50-100 units.

Location: Our office is located on Route 44, just west of Adam's Fairacre Farms, in the Town of Poughkeepsie. We're in the Professional Building, across the street from Enterprise Rent A Car. Our office is at the back of the building, through the glass door, at the end of the hall. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our team works remotely, so in-person meetings and office visits are by appointment.

Our Team: Hudson Property Services is led by Matthew Cave, licensed real estate broker. Our administrative assistants, Jennifer and Hana, greet callers at our main office number. We have a dedicated 24/7 emergency maintenance call center, and a 24/7 leasing call center as well. We have a growing roster of licensed real estate agents that fluctuates seasonally as needed.
